Default setting the clock

the clock on my dash reset itself the other day to the date it was manufactured.

can someone tell me how to set the time and date?

No offense, but this would have been the answer if I posted what you just did:

"READ THE MANUAL"

Its actually very simple, the first time you change it, you wont forget.
