Front Suspension Noises?

Front Suspension Noises?
My front end has recently started making some funny noises, every time I turn the wheel I hear a squeaking noise, but I think thats just a squeaky ball joint that needs to be replaced. But, when ever i turn sharply at low speeds (under 20mph) you can hear a clicking noise from outside the car. A friend said it might be a 4 wheel drive hub, but does the quattro system even have hubs like big 4x4 trucks? Thanks for any help.
Edit: this is a 98 a4 quattro with 65k

the squeaking may be a bad belt that goes to your power steering pump. you shouldn't need ball joints at 65k, though its not that difficult to find out. take your wheel off and look. as far as the clicking, could be the wheel bearing. not sure about the drive hub. if the ball joint is gone, that might explain the clicking too, but i seriously doubt it is unless you take this thing off-roading.

The noise is common for worn control arms. I fixed mine by spraying the heck out of them with pb-blaster and wd-40. And driving the hell out of the car!
The other sounds like a bad wheel bearing.

Clicking while turning is almost always the outer CV Joint. If you DIY, replace the whole axle on that side - it's cheaper in the long run - and your parts store should give you a refund for the core.
