I got vibration in the car (brake pedal and steering wheel) when the car idles at a red light etc. Vibration goes completely away when I put the car into Neutral. My idle speed is 880 rpm. I heard some people are raising their idle speed to get rid of the vibration. Does it work? If yes, how can I raise it? Can someone explain the procedure?

BTW, I've done TBA a few times, but it didnt work.
BTW2, I have VagCOM
BTW3, I have 99.5 A4 1.8T Quattro Tip.
BTW4, I did the Timing belt change a month ago, and APR chipped the car a week ago.

Is it vibration from engine RPM speed?

From what you're explaining, if your steering wheel is shaking, usually means your car is out of balance (balancing in tires)
Brake pedal... Probably your calipers/rotors weren't tighten? Any type of work lately done with your car that has to do with it?

If you're braking and it's vibrating, it could also be because your rotors are warped? =X Just my words =X

 

Vibration begins when I stop, there is no vibration when I am driving. The car is not out of balance or anything like that. The vibration is from idle speed, as far as I observed.
