That is beyond driving, more like something that makes traffic because they couldn't drive over a pen in the road. lol

I wonder how may of those are just on bags.

Mike you may know the answer to this, but what is it to be "static"? I know theres being low, and on air, but does that mean you have no suspension?

static is springs/coilovers. the opposite being air or hyrdaulics.

My guess would be that it means a drop that is not adjustable.
