Default How to remove the lower radiator hose??

Climbing the learning curve the hard way while my Bently is on order. Trying to drain the radiator and since I don't need to drain the block (not that I could find the draing plug) I thought I would just pull the lower radiator hose. Well, how does this thing connect? I searched and found people referenced a clip that needs to be removed first, but I don't see that on mine. I have a 2001 A6 2.7T. Quick response is appreciated, doubly so if you have pics!

look down from the top with a flash light you will see a small wire around the end nearest the radiator. That is the clip pull it with needle nose or pry it whatever. Then wiggle the tube from side to side as you pull it off. It's not going to just pop off for you. Sorry I don't have pics. Keep in mind they have all sorts of tubes coming off them that have spring clamps as well. Use a pair of pliers or I use a pair of vise grips with good teeth to open them and slide them down the hoses.

Thanks Jackmup. I came across a picture of a replacement hose last night and now understand where the clip is and how it works. Will be back at it this afternoon.
